In line with the vision of the Victory Family Church International (VFCI), the Women's Ministry has the task of nurturing and mentoring women by way of fellowship and Bible study, prayers and intercession, and winning souls for the Lord.

The objectives of the VFCI Women's Ministry include: 1. To fellowship together regularly and study the Bible (Hebrews 10:25 "Don't stop meeting together with other believers, which some people have gotten into the habit of doing. Instead, encourage each other, especially as you see the day drawing near"). 2. To corporately pray and intercede for children, parents, families, the youth, the church, leaders and nations (Philippians 4:6, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God"). 3. To reach out and share the love of Jesus Christ through evangelism. 4. To practice caring love and promote the welfare of the needy and those among us who face prominent challenges. 5. To nurture and mold women into Godly character in line with Proverbs 31:10-31, "Who can find a virtuous woman? For her worth is far above rubies…….."

The Women's Ministry endeavors to achieve these objectives through the following activities: 1. Holding regular meetings and prayer sessions. 2. Supporting fellow women and families in response to their respective needs, and carrying out "Baby Showers". 3. Carrying out outreach and missions to the community and institutions to win souls for God's Kingdom. 4. Holding at least one Women's Conference in a year. 5. Organizing activities to celebrate Women's Day. 6. Supporting activities to celebrate Father's Day. 7. Holding couples meetings once a month. 8. Holding one couples conference annually. 9. Providing couples counseling. 10. Providing general counseling to the women.
